Every shot comes from a ROK Presso manual espresso maker, ground on a hand-operated ROK Grinder. No electricity used at all. Staff present each drink on a platter with custom name tags, crackers, and decorative flowers. The Roxpresso Cube serves espresso-made ice cubes with milk.
