Owner Thirawat "Jack" Sathirawattana wanted the cafe to feel as cool and simple as a day in Chiang Mai. In 2018 the house blend of Chiang Mai and Costa Rican beans, with others from distributors, changed every three months.
On Ragang Road in Chang Khlan, two glass-fronted units share one roof over a covered forecourt with benches. A large picture window looks into the second room, a sitting room with a grandfather clock and an arched doorway hung with sheer curtain. Baristas make pour-over at the counter in the first.
